The sultry weather seems able to screw up any little bit of good mood here. But the second we encountered this swimwear shoot from Issa de’ mar, we suddenly felt the refreshing chill as if we were immerged in that blue blue sea. We wish we’d met this line earlier, but it’s yet not late. The two Issa de’ mar designers Marissa Eveland and Melissa Jasniy, who live and surf on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii, started their brand by hand sewing every single pieces of their designs, combining their passion, design expertise, and love for surfing. Their first collection, inspired by the beautiful Tahiti, comes with bright colors and innovative cuts, and excellent balances among functionality, comfort and style. Apart from chic swimsuits, the first line also offers some cover-up pieces that are both uber-flattering and functional.
